Sail Indonesia Attracts Huge Fleet
| |
The 2009 Sail Indonesia Rally is scheduled to depart from Darwin on 18 July, with 110 confirmed yachts entering this popular rally. Now in its ninth year, the route has changed from previous years, after intense discussions with the Indonesian Govt.According to Sail Indonesia organisers, the change in route is outside their control, but offers an interesting route through the Indonesian archipelago. The reason for this is that the Indonesian Government wish to attract visitors to Sail Bunake as part of the overall rally. To attract as many participants as possible to Sail Indonesia, entry will be free, with the entry fee refunded to participants after they arrive at Bunake. All details are on the Sail Indonesia website. | |
