| The Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club (MBTBC) has recently completed major works with redevelopment of their state of the art marina in Brisbane's east. 135 additional berths are now completed at their highly rated marina facility in the northern section of Manly Harbour. The MBTBC offers a true boating club environment with plenty of boating and social activities on offer all year round. Marina facilities include modern floating docks with monitored security access, travel lift and adjacent hard stand area, fuel dock, boat servicing trades as well as a dynamic clubhouse with entertainment, dining and gaming on offer every day. Manly Harbour itself, located in Brisbane's south eastern suburbs, has ready access to Moreton Bay, as well as Moreton and Stradbroke Islands eastwards and the Gold Coast waterways to the south. Conveniently located with a shopping precinct and transport nearby, MBTBC offers a pleasing boating base whether you're planning on purchasing a marina berth for the long term, or are just cruising through south east Queensland. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Berths are now available long term through to 2032, with sizes ranging from 12 to 24 metres. Multihulls have been well catered for, with specific multihull berths. This is the last opportunity for MBTBC to expand berth numbers in Manly Harbour, so opportunities are limited. Now is a great time to take advantage of prices before the considerable demand for berth rentals in this limited market pushes cost upwards. Phone 1300 889 509 to enquire about berth sales. Buying a marina berth at MBTBC Marina in Manly Harbour is akin to investing in the Queensland waterfront lifestyle: it's a terrific family lifestyle to be a part of a welcoming, friendly club that has plenty of special interest groups. Diverse groups such as Social Cruising Group, Sailing Group, Inshore Fishing Group, Deep Sea Fishing Group and the Dive Group all hold regular activities throughout the year. As with any club, it's up to the individual how much they want to participate. Regardless of whether you are a fully active member or a casual visitor passing through, the MBTBC Clubhouse is a welcoming bar and restaurant for casual drinks or dining. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The MBTBC has a long history for boat owners in the south Brisbane area. Dating back to a casual meeting in a Wynnum service station back in the 1960's the current marina was officially opened in 1993. The recent expansion to include additional marina berths is indicative of the popularity of this dynamic club. But don't be fooled by the word trailer in the club's name. The marina can cater for vessels well beyond the average trailer boat, with marina berths suitable for vessels up to 24 metres. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
