Yamba Marina NSWYamba Marina is positioned on the southern bank of the Clarence River, the largest river on the northern NSW coast.  The Clarence River divides the coastal towns of Yamba and Iluka as it enters the Tasman Sea approximately 60nm north of Coffs Harbour and 90nm south of the Gold Coast.

Yamba boasts a strong maritime heritage that began with Matthew Flinders exploration of the Clarence River in 1799. Today' s visitors enjoy spectacular beaches, fabulous seafood and a fascinating river that is navigable 40nm upstream to the town of Grafton. Being a broad and generally deep river, boating on the Clarence is mostly free of shoal banks. Bridges are the main hazard for yachts, and arrangements need to be made in advance for the Harwood Bridge to be opened. Yamba is the home port to one of the largest commercial fishing fleets in NSW, ensuring seafood lovers have ample opportunity to enjoy the famous Yamba prawns.

Yamba Marina NSWMariners visiting Yamba Marina will find all the services required for repairs, maintenance or haul out. An EPA licensed fully sealed hardstand area is serviced by a 40 tonne Hydraulic Shiplift facility. A marine engineer, shipwright, sail loft and chandlery are all located onsite. Contact the marina office by phone, email or on VHF channel 16.

The Cafe Marina is available for famished mariners, while the mini-mart sells essential supplies. Hire boats are available for further exploration of the Clarence River.
