A long-term jetty lease (21 years) has been arranged with the Dept of Sustainability and Environment. This presents boat owners with the opportunity to purchase 31 new berths, each on a 20-year sub-lease contract.

Additionally, each title in The Beaches development (nine houses) will be allocated a 12 metre berth right outside their back door.
